Enter and transmit claims into outside PPO networks, interpret PPO network flows from group paperwork, maintain timely claims processing to department standards, and perform additional duties as proficiency increases.

Manage self-funded prospecting from intake to proposal delivery, coordinating carriers, brokers, and Sales to obtain quotes, prepare accurate proposals, maintain prospecting resources, and ensure timely handoff to Implementation. Maintain logs, communicate status, identify competitive opportunities, and support multiple cases while adhering to service standards.
