Provides Tier 1 technical support for hardware, software, access, networking, and common business applications. Responds to user requests through multiple channels, troubleshoots Windows/macOS and connectivity issues, performs password resets and device setup, documents incidents in ticketing systems, escalates complex problems, and follows security, compliance, SLA, and customer-service standards.

Supports the operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, security, and deployment of operational technology networks connecting industrial control systems, SCADA environments, and field devices. Configures switches, routers, firewalls, VPNs, segmentation, and access controls; assists with incident response, vulnerability mitigation, patch coordination, commissioning, documentation, and compliance activities. Collaborates with operations, engineering, cybersecurity, and infrastructure teams and travels up to 25% for onsite support.

Provides physician-focused Epic EHR go-live support, troubleshooting clinical workflows, resolving issues, facilitating provider adoption, and coordinating with implementation, clinical, and operational teams. Supports documentation, orders, results, medications, specialty workflows, command center activities, training, issue escalation, patient safety mitigation, and post-go-live stabilization. Requires an MD or DO, active medical license, clinical experience, and Epic experience.

Configure and troubleshoot DICOM connectivity for radiology and cardiology imaging modalities across hospital locations. Connect imaging devices to RIS/PACS platforms and network infrastructure, update modality service settings, resolve network connectivity issues, and support reconfiguration projects. Work onsite in patient care areas while collaborating with healthcare leadership and client teams.
