Responds to user requests through multiple channels, troubleshoots Windows/macOS and connectivity issues, performs password resets and device setup, documents incidents in ticketing systems, escalates complex problems, and follows security, compliance, SLA, and customer-service standards.

Configure and troubleshoot DICOM connectivity for radiology and cardiology imaging modalities across hospital locations. Connect imaging devices to RIS/PACS platforms and network infrastructure, update modality service settings, resolve network connectivity issues, and support reconfiguration projects. Work onsite in patient care areas while collaborating with healthcare leadership and client teams.
