Partner with executives and cross-functional leaders to create scalable development systems, improve ramp time and retention, and continuously enhance programs through data, feedback, and field insights.

Coordinates home remodeling projects from sale through installation, managing schedules, materials, contractors, vendors, customer communications, documentation, quality inspections, payments, and issue resolution. Coordinates homeowners and talent, operates production equipment, develops creative concepts, and manages projects from planning through final delivery. Edits and retouches photo and video assets using Adobe Creative Suite, maintains organized production files, supports live event coverage and marketing logistics, and collaborates with marketing and recruiting teams to create brand-aligned content.
