Supports the sales process from contract completion through project measurement and handoff to product ordering. Reviews contracts, manages sales holds, updates CRM records, tracks KPI metrics, prepares reports, and collaborates with sales and finance teams. Also serves as the Charlotte branch office manager, handling reception, correspondence, supplies, vendors, equipment, administrative support, and office events while maintaining a professional customer and visitor experience.

Build and lead the enterprise learning strategy, including onboarding, leadership development, multimedia training content, LMS optimization, certifications, and performance-focused training KPIs. Partner with executives and cross-functional leaders to create scalable development systems, improve ramp time and retention, and continuously enhance programs through data, feedback, and field insights.

Coordinates home remodeling projects from sale through installation, managing schedules, materials, contractors, vendors, customer communications, documentation, quality inspections, payments, and issue resolution. The role ensures accurate project execution, timely completion, contractor performance, customer satisfaction, and adherence to company standards. It also updates CRM records, reviews project photos, processes changes and completion documents, and supports cross-functional collaboration across sales, operations, project management, and installation teams.
