Oversee hiring, onboarding, training, forecasting, performance management, sales coaching, market visits, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure consistent execution of the in-home sales process and achievement of sales and profitability goals.

Conduct in-home consultations with pre-scheduled, qualified leads; present premium remodeling products; build rapport, deliver consultative presentations, close sales, and exceed monthly targets. Maintain product knowledge, collaborate with leadership, and pursue growth into management roles.
