Conduct phone screenings, assess candidates, send assessments, coordinate interviews, and maintain candidate pipelines in the applicant tracking system. Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies, support candidates, improve recruitment processes, and report recruiting activity. The role focuses on sourcing and attracting sales talent across multiple markets while delivering a positive candidate experience.

Manage regional residential remodeling installation operations, including field teams, installer partners, warehouse logistics, materials delivery, customer service, labor submissions, revenue and cost targets, and process improvement. Lead Installation Managers, Administrators, Warehouse Managers, and Service Technicians while resolving escalated customer issues and developing future leaders. Partner with project and sales managers to ensure smooth ordering, installation execution, and customer satisfaction.

Coordinates home remodeling projects from sale through installation, managing schedules, materials, contractors, vendors, customer communications, documentation, quality inspections, payments, and issue resolution. The role ensures accurate project execution, timely completion, contractor performance, customer satisfaction, and adherence to company standards. It also updates CRM records, reviews project photos, processes changes and completion documents, and supports cross-functional collaboration across sales, operations, project management, and installation teams.
