Manage regional residential remodeling installation operations, including field teams, installer partners, warehouse logistics, materials delivery, customer service, labor submissions, revenue and cost targets, and process improvement. Lead Installation Managers, Administrators, Warehouse Managers, and Service Technicians while resolving escalated customer issues and developing future leaders. Partner with project and sales managers to ensure smooth ordering, installation execution, and customer satisfaction.

Coordinates home remodeling projects from sale through installation, managing schedules, materials, contractors, vendors, customer communications, documentation, quality inspections, payments, and issue resolution. The role ensures accurate project execution, timely completion, contractor performance, customer satisfaction, and adherence to company standards. It also updates CRM records, reviews project photos, processes changes and completion documents, and supports cross-functional collaboration across sales, operations, project management, and installation teams.

Build and lead the enterprise learning strategy, including onboarding, leadership development, multimedia training content, certifications, and LMS optimization. This role aligns recruiting, onboarding, and role-specific training; tracks performance-focused learning KPIs; improves programs through data and feedback; and partners with executives to support organizational growth. The leader will establish scalable learning systems, facilitate development, and strengthen retention, productivity, and leadership capabilities.
