Coordinates private-label hosiery and soft-accessory production from approval through bulk shipping. Serves as liaison among customers, factories, and internal teams; tracks samples, approvals, timelines, documentation, vendor certifications, audits, corrective actions, costing, invoices, and portal data. Supports vendor onboarding and ensures accurate, timely system updates and customer communication.

Owns creative studio operations, including intake, briefing, workflow prioritization, resource allocation, project governance, Monday.com administration, dashboards, reporting, and process improvement. Manages creative project delivery across marketing, product, sales, digital, packaging, and external partners. Develops project plans, monitors risks, facilitates status meetings, improves operational efficiency, and supports team capacity planning and leadership.

Manage assigned Spenco insoles and footwear product lines: develop and execute product strategies, analyze portfolio and financial performance, support product development and commercialization, partner cross-functionally across Commercial, Digital Commerce, Finance, Operations, and Marketing to drive growth and launch readiness.

Manage Sof Sole insoles and shoe care product lines: define product strategy, roadmap, and commercialization plans. Analyze portfolio performance, consumer insights and market trends to recommend positioning, pricing, and lifecycle actions. Partner cross-functionally with product development, operations, sourcing, commercial, digital commerce, finance, and marketing to launch and optimize products.

Support management and commercialization of assigned product lines by maintaining product data, trackers, launch calendars, and roadmaps. Conduct market and competitive research, track performance and inventory, assist pricing and assortment analysis, and support product development with briefs, samples, timelines, and cross-functional coordination. Prepare commercialization materials and digital commerce content to ensure launch readiness and alignment with business needs.
