Design, build, and operate high-volume streaming and batch ingestion pipelines for cardiac device data in a regulated HealthTech environment. Own workflow orchestration, data modeling, warehousing, quality, traceability, observability, deployments, incident response, and on-call operations. Collaborate with Analytics, Product, and Engineering teams while contributing to technical decisions and modernizing the orchestration platform with Temporal.

Own the vision, roadmap, and delivery of Implicity’s internal software ecosystem. Lead the back-office platform revamp, define agentic AI tools using Claude, MCP, and LLM applications, scale N8N automation workflows, and drive employee adoption. Conduct cross-functional discovery, translate operational needs into prioritized product initiatives, establish quarterly OKRs, and measure productivity impact across Engineering, Operations, Sales, Clinical, Regulatory, Customer Success, and Data teams.

Develop and validate deep learning architectures, including Transformers and Temporal CNNs, for cardiac device time-series data. Build self-supervised learning pipelines, explore healthcare datasets, ensure experiments are reproducible and scientifically rigorous, and support clinically relevant AI projects and publications. Collaborate with data scientists, machine learning engineers, clinical experts, and product management in a medical device environment.

Own customer onboarding, training, relationship management, technical issue resolution, retention, and success metrics across North America. Partner with sales, product, clinical, and internal teams to support remote cardiac monitoring programs, improve workflows, develop customer engagement playbooks, and influence product development. Lead customer-specific projects such as EHR integrations and travel to medical centers as needed, approximately 20%.

Lead Implicity’s product vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution for its AI-powered cardiac remote monitoring platform. Manage and grow the Product Management and Product Design teams, improve product processes, monitor KPIs and OKRs, and foster a customer-centric, data-informed culture. Partner with engineering, clinical, commercial, and executive stakeholders to deliver high-quality features, support go-to-market initiatives, and drive strategic product opportunities.

Apprentice Software/Backend Engineer helping build and operate data collection and processing pipelines for a cardiac remote monitoring platform. Responsibilities include web scraping, API integrations, data ingestion, transformation, database storage, and participation in Scrum ceremonies and production releases. The role works closely with the Ingestion team and Tech Lead using a modern TypeScript, Node.js, AWS, microservices, containerization, and observability stack.

Lead biostatistical processes for retrospective studies using large clinical and healthcare administrative datasets. Responsibilities include study design, Statistical Analysis Plan and Statistical Analysis Report authoring, longitudinal and survival modeling, causal inference, bias mitigation, outcome evaluation, and scientific publication support. The role requires collaboration with Clinical Affairs and Data Science teams, advanced SQL and R or Python skills, and fluency in English and French.
