Lead end-to-end product design for complex, clinically focused features used by cardiologists and care teams. Partner with product managers, engineers, and clinical users to frame problems, create detailed interfaces, and support implementation. Mature the Figma and Claude design systems, contribute to design principles and platform architecture, and integrate AI tools into design workflows. Help establish design practices while evolving an existing healthcare product.

Own the end-to-end B2B and B2G billing cycle, monthly close, financial reporting, SaaS KPI analysis, cash-flow oversight, and supplier invoice processing. The role also supports budgeting, annual financial close, tax-credit and grant documentation, accounting-firm coordination, and optimization of finance tools and processes. It requires a hands-on, autonomous finance professional comfortable presenting insights to senior stakeholders in a fast-growing SaaS environment.

Owns the end-to-end logistics operation for connected medical devices and telemonitoring billing. Responsibilities include order fulfillment, deliveries, returns, inventory, billing coordination, reimbursement data quality, process documentation, automation, team leadership, and logistics-chain improvement. The manager will build scalable operational processes, lead cross-functional projects with Customer Success, Sales, Finance, and Tech, and serve as the escalation point for complex cases.
