Lead and grow cross-functional mobile and backend engineering teams, define and execute architecture and engineering standards, ensure secure, scalable mobile-backend integration, drive CI/CD, observability, and best practices, mentor engineering leaders, and partner with Product, Design, and AI to deliver high-quality, customer-centric healthcare applications.

Lead end-to-end project execution for the DocUpdate product line, coordinating cross-functional workstreams (Product, Engineering, Legal, Operations, Finance, Concierge). Maintain project plans, timelines, and status reporting; identify risks and dependencies; facilitate meetings and follow-ups; and implement scalable project management processes and tools to improve workflow and visibility as the team scales.

Own and improve cloud infrastructure and CI/CD for a production platform: design IaC (Terraform/CloudFormation), operate AWS services (EKS/ECS/Lambda), implement security and observability, automate operations, lead incident response, and contribute to QA automation and application reliability.
