Lead and execute complex commercial analytics projects for pharmaceutical clients, deliver client-ready insights and presentations, mentor analysts, monitor campaign performance, and partner cross-functionally to connect marketing activity to measurable outcomes.

Manage execution and delivery of client onboarding and campaign launches: configure, monitor, troubleshoot, and report on campaigns. Coordinate with Client Success and Development to translate business requirements into technical implementation while tracking timelines, statuses, and performance to ensure successful deployment.

Lead end-to-end project execution for the DocUpdate product line, coordinating cross-functional workstreams (Product, Engineering, Legal, Operations, Finance, Concierge). Maintain project plans, timelines, and status reporting; identify risks and dependencies; facilitate meetings and follow-ups; and implement scalable project management processes and tools to improve workflow and visibility as the team scales.
