Processes and posts vendor invoices, manages weekly payments, reviews approvals and payment terms, reconciles vendor statements, resolves discrepancies, monitors AP aging, maintains records, responds to inquiries, and supports month-end accounting activities.

Processes customs entries and import documentation, classifies goods under tariff codes, coordinates FDA and USDA requirements, and arranges duties and taxes. Bills customers, tracks shipments, supports client documentation, and coordinates transportation or warehousing. Uses powers of attorney to sign documents for clients and operates CargoWise while following client-specific procedures and customs regulations.

Monitor security alerts, assist incident investigation and response, maintain security tooling (firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM, endpoint protection), perform vulnerability management and patching, support IAM, backup/recovery, compliance (PCI, NIST), security documentation and awareness training.

Count, scan, verify, and reconcile incoming and outgoing inventory; operate forklift and order picker; document discrepancies, damage, and labels; upload records to imaging and AS400; assist with cycle counts, physical inventory, pallet handling, and maintaining warehouse safety and security.

Lead the U.S. import team to ensure compliant, efficient customs clearance and high-quality customer service. Oversee daily import operations, ensure U.S. Customs and PGA compliance, develop staff, monitor KPIs, drive process improvements, manage documentation and audits, support customer relationships, and participate in continuous improvement and ISO activities.

Manage and implement import/export compliance program, liaise with US regulatory agencies, conduct investigations and audits, maintain documentation, support C-TPAT/ACE Portal and CargoWise, provide training and client guidance, and report compliance risks to senior management.

Support export operations and US/Mexico trade compliance by maintaining part-number classification databases, auditing classification protocols, classifying products imported into Mexico, resolving classification issues, and providing customs compliance customer support. Works with regulations, harmonized tariff schedules, and office software; requires bilingual English/Spanish communication.

Receive drivers, verify documentation, assign unloading docks, log arrival and load references, print labels, create forklift work orders, and adjust records in AS400. Perform data entry, communicate with drivers and forklift coordinators, and follow supervisory directions in a rotating-shift warehouse office environment.

Support sales by coordinating quotes, pricing follow-up, RFP tracking, and customer communication. Maintain quote and RFP tracking dashboards, ensure CRM (Salesforce) accuracy, liaise between Sales, Pricing, and Operations, and assist field sales with documentation and onboarding to keep commercial processes efficient and timely.
