Lead and mentor a cross-functional mobile team to design, build, and maintain high-quality iOS (and Android) apps. Drive architecture, participate in sprint planning, recruit and manage engineers, perform hands-on development and code reviews, and collaborate with product to meet customer and business needs.

Outside sales role selling to automotive dealers and partners across a territory. Focus on net-new business: prospecting, pipeline management, qualification, and closing. Manage partner relationships, deliver product/program presentations and training, track all activity in Salesforce, attend trade shows, and travel frequently (up to 70%).

Serve as the primary People Operations contact for the Tbilisi office, running employee engagement and events, supporting recruiting and HR operations (onboarding, transactions, records), administering benefits and local compliance, managing office facilities and vendors, and creating social content to showcase culture.
