Provide administrative support including regulatory research, data management across multiple platforms, filing/scanning, recordkeeping, project coordination, and team collaboration to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.

Sets up and operates manual lathes, mills, grinders, and related equipment to manufacture and repair precision components. Performs machining operations, reads blueprints, uses precision measuring tools, inspects finished parts, adjusts tooling, troubleshoots equipment, and maintains machines. The role also involves operating cranes, hoists, and forklifts; following quality, EHS, PPE, and lockout/tagout procedures; and meeting production standards.

Supports assembly and manufacturing operations by supplying line materials, performing assembly processes, covering production stations, identifying quality or equipment issues, and assisting with troubleshooting, training, and downtime reduction. The role follows SOPs, safety and quality standards, maintains a clean work area, and supports supervisors in a fast-paced production environment. Rotating shifts, overtime, weekends, and physical material handling may be required.

Manufacturing Associates support Molding and Finishing Department operations by inspecting, assembling, labeling, and packing parts while maintaining production standards.

Coordinate and schedule interviews, manage candidate communications and calendars, maintain recruiting records in ATS, provide administrative support to Talent Acquisition and HR, ensure a positive candidate experience, and handle confidential information while supporting additional recruiting projects as needed.
