Recruits high-volume hourly production employees in a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include sourcing candidates, screening applicants, conducting phone interviews, maintaining candidate pipelines, coordinating interviews, managing communications, supporting onboarding, maintaining recruiting records, and partnering with operations leadership to address staffing needs. The role requires strong organization, follow-up, communication, and candidate engagement skills.

Sets up and operates manual lathes, mills, grinders, and related equipment to manufacture and repair precision components. Performs machining operations, reads blueprints, uses precision measuring tools, inspects finished parts, adjusts tooling, troubleshoots equipment, and maintains machines. The role also involves operating cranes, hoists, and forklifts; following quality, EHS, PPE, and lockout/tagout procedures; and meeting production standards.

Supports assembly and manufacturing operations by supplying line materials, performing assembly processes, covering production stations, identifying quality or equipment issues, and assisting with troubleshooting, training, and downtime reduction. The role follows SOPs, safety and quality standards, maintains a clean work area, and supports supervisors in a fast-paced production environment. Rotating shifts, overtime, weekends, and physical material handling may be required.
