Serve as first point of contact for new PA CareerLink customers: conduct intake interviews, assess work readiness, refer customers to workshops and services, provide technical assistance, schedule testing, enter case notes into CWDS, and support CRC operations.

Manage month-end close, grant accounting, reconciliations, and financial reporting for a nonprofit with government, foundation, and corporate funding. Support budget preparation, FP&A collaboration, audit and 1099 preparation, internal controls, and general ledger maintenance to ensure GAAP and donor restriction compliance.
