Administers accurate and timely biweekly payroll, maintains employee and payroll records, reconciles payroll and benefit accounts, prepares journal entries, supports payroll tax and regulatory filings, and coordinates benefits deductions. Troubleshoots payroll and timekeeping issues, assists with PBJ and year-end reporting, supports audits and process improvements, and provides payroll-related assistance to employees, HR, Finance, vendors, and leadership while maintaining confidentiality.

The Resource Nurse coordinates daily floor operations and resident care in a long-term care setting. Responsibilities include scheduling and supporting nursing staff, implementing care plans, admissions and discharges, clinical documentation, treatments, wound rounds, provider coordination, resident and family relations, care audits, and regulatory compliance. The nurse also provides direct floor coverage, mentors staff, monitors unit performance, and ensures safe, timely, high-quality resident care.

Washes dishes, utensils, pots, and pans while following sanitation procedures. Assists with beverage service and salad preparation, cleans dishwashing and dining areas, communicates with supervisors and coworkers, attends required training, and supports a safe, respectful environment for residents and staff. The role requires basic English and math skills, safe kitchen equipment use, physical stamina, flexibility for rotating shifts and weekends, and completion of ServeSafe training upon entry.

Provides nursing care to residents in assisted living and long-term care settings. Administers medications and treatments, follows physician orders and individualized care plans, documents observations, coordinates with multidisciplinary staff, responds to resident needs, and maintains compliance with nursing standards and state and federal regulations.

Provides building and grounds security at a senior living facility through patrols, emergency response, monitoring security and fire systems, checking doors, elevators, mechanical areas, kitchens, and equipment. Performs basic maintenance, cleaning, snow removal, setup, deliveries, and resident assistance. Requires communication skills, basic mechanical knowledge, CPR and First Aid certification, physical mobility, independent judgment, and flexibility for emergency call-ins.
