Lead and manage the English department across all key stages (EYFS to KS5), develop curriculum and improvement plans, line-manage staff, monitor teaching quality and attainment, use assessment data to drive interventions, support SEND/EAL pupils, and promote cross-phase collaboration and enrichment.

Lead secondary (Grades 6-12) academic operations for an American curriculum school: oversee curriculum implementation, staff supervision, performance management, ADEK compliance, data-driven improvements, professional development, and stakeholder communication to improve student outcomes.

Deliver British Curriculum English for Early Years students, create engaging differentiated lesson plans, manage classrooms, communicate with parents and colleagues, and support students' academic and social development.

Oversee daily operations and staff at the assigned school branch: supervise and coordinate staff activities, monitor performance, ensure policy compliance, prepare schedules, maintain records, handle operational issues and training, and promote teamwork and a safe work environment.

Lead school-wide improvement alongside the Principal, uphold academic and pastoral standards, drive curriculum leadership, staff development, data-informed decision-making, compliance with ADEK, and daily operational excellence to improve student outcomes.
