Leads the group-wide HR function across multiple schools, developing HR strategy, policies, workforce planning, recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, and organizational development. Advises school leadership on employee relations, manages grievances and investigations, maintains HR records and dashboards, and ensures compliance with UAE labor law, safeguarding standards, and internal policies.

Provides daily administrative support to Head Office management, coordinates communication and documentation across school branches, and supports the Astana team and multilingual stakeholders. Prepares reports, presentations, meeting materials, minutes, and follow-ups; schedules meetings; maintains filing systems; handles confidential information; and assists with special projects, events, and travel arrangements. Requires fluent English plus fluent Kazakh or Russian, strong organization, communication, follow-up, and Microsoft Office and Google Workspace skills.

Lead and manage the Secondary English department, develop and deliver the UK-based curriculum, support teacher development, monitor student progress, and promote literature and language learning across the school.
