The Design Intern will support the IMAX Design team in evolving the brand identity across projects and platforms. Responsibilities include creating logos, graphics, illustrations, layouts, templates, and other brand assets; contributing to design systems and guidelines; conducting visual research; developing mood boards; interpreting creative briefs; preparing design files; and collaborating with design leadership and production teams.

Operate and maintain IMAX 15/70 film projection and audio/visual systems. Load, inspect, repair, and monitor film presentations; verify image, sound, synchronization, and equipment settings; perform cleaning, routine maintenance, and emergency repairs; maintain technical logs; identify and communicate issues; coordinate with theatre staff to ensure timely, high-quality show starts.

Lead R&D, validation, and improvement of optical and optoelectronic systems. Design metrology, alignment, and calibration methods; develop performance metrics and color calibration tools; drive root cause analyses; provide technical leadership across cross-functional teams; document and present findings to support commercialization and field reliability.

The Business Analyst translates business needs into requirements, process designs, integration specifications, data and analytics definitions, and acceptance criteria. The role facilitates stakeholder alignment, evaluates technology investments and business value, supports testing and implementation, analyzes AI and reporting outputs, and drives process transformation across enterprise functions. It also supports business cases, user acceptance testing, change enablement, training, vendor coordination, and mentoring of junior analysts.

Provides preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, upgrades, installations, and remote support for IMAX digital projection and audio systems across the UK and Europe. The home-based role requires extensive travel, occasional short-notice response, and evening, weekend, and holiday availability.

Supports consolidated financial reporting, monthly and quarterly close processes, technical accounting, revenue recognition under ASC 606, account reconciliations, SEC filings, internal controls, and financial analysis for a global organization. The role also contributes to process improvements, automation initiatives, and special projects while ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP and SEC requirements.

Manages the full lifecycle of commercial contracts, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, administering, and tracking obligations. Identifies contractual and commercial risks, maintains templates and legal records, coordinates cross-functional approvals, and supports compliance. Support full-cycle accounting and financial reporting for IMAX's film portfolio: revenue recognition, amortization, reconciliations, royalty calculations, studio invoicing, settlements, month-end close, variance analysis, audits, and process improvement initiatives.

The Sr. Specialist, Logistics will manage logistics operations, coordinate with stakeholders, ensure compliance with customs regulations, and analyze performance for improvements.
