Build and ship production AI systems across the machine learning lifecycle, including model development, evaluation, serving, monitoring, and API development. Contribute to generative AI, document classification, extraction, LLM, and internal platform tooling. Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and product stakeholders while developing software engineering, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, and DevOps skills under mentorship.

Provides strategic legal technology consulting for customers, partners, and internal teams. Develops consulting frameworks, gathers requirements, facilitates discovery and design sessions, advises senior stakeholders, demonstrates products, supports testing and implementation, creates client documentation, drives adoption, and informs product roadmaps. The role also develops best practices, delivers knowledge transfer, builds client relationships, and mentors junior consultants.

Owns EMEA revenue growth across small and medium law firms, leading new business and account management teams. Responsibilities include setting revenue targets, developing territory and account coverage plans, building pipeline, managing forecasts and QBRs, partnering with Marketing, Product, RevOps, Customer Success, Professional Services, and Partners, and coaching teams on deal strategy, negotiation, and pipeline conversion.
