Develop and integrate deep-learning computer vision and perception algorithms for autonomous vehicles. Responsibilities include managing data pipelines, designing and optimizing neural networks, defining performance metrics, leading long-term projects, communicating results, and aligning algorithms with product needs. The role requires strong computer vision, deep learning, mathematics, Python, and PyTorch expertise, with C++, Linux, Git, and research publications advantageous.

Develop motion planning and decision-making algorithms for autonomous vehicles. The role involves applying optimization, reinforcement learning, guidance, and related techniques, with coding in Python and C++. Candidates need at least three years of algorithm engineering experience and an advanced degree or equivalent background in a quantitative field. The position is full-time and on-site in San Jose, with opportunities for growth toward team leadership.

Conduct software and hardware testing for autonomous-driving cars and buses, including test execution, configuration management, code investigation, issue reporting, and hardware maintenance. Drive vehicles for at least six hours daily, keep cameras and equipment operational, communicate findings to engineers, support product demonstrations, and travel between domestic and international project sites.
