Develop and maintain scalable backend applications, microservices, APIs, integrations, and production-ready client-facing features. Ensure systems are secure, documented, tested, and performant while collaborating with product, engineering, and business stakeholders. Translate business goals into technical architecture, estimate scope and timelines, and contribute across the technology stack in a remote, cross-disciplinary environment.

Manages provider, health plan, and community organization relationships across an assigned territory to increase patient enrollment in Imagine Pediatrics’ care model. Executes engagement strategies, coordinates events, supports providers, addresses operational challenges, analyzes Tableau data, meets engagement targets, mentors team members, and represents the organization in medical settings. The role requires extensive statewide travel, independent relationship development, and collaboration with care teams and providers.

Manage medical coding and billing operations, including clean claims submission, eligibility and authorization validation, denial resolution, underpayment follow-up, and coding documentation reviews. Assign CPT, HCPCS, ICD-10-CM, and HEDIS codes, identify documentation gaps, support provider education, maintain billing rules, and collaborate with data, revenue cycle, clinical operations, and payer teams to improve compliance, workflows, and accounts receivable performance.

Develop machine learning and AI models using clinical, claims, and social determinants of health data to improve pediatric patient outcomes. Partner with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to define requirements, optimize data collection, build data assets, conduct exploratory analysis, and deliver strategic and patient-care insights. Query Snowflake independently and present findings to nontechnical staff.

Operate and improve cybersecurity tools and processes across cloud, endpoint, identity, application, email, network, data loss prevention, and vulnerability management environments. Respond to alerts and incidents, manage logging and SIEM telemetry, implement security controls aligned with HITRUST, NIST, CIS, HIPAA, and OWASP, support audits, and develop incident response procedures. Collaborate with a Senior Security Engineer and use AI tools to automate security operations.

Leads partner success for a regional portfolio of health plan clients, driving retention, satisfaction, contractual performance, account expansion, and scalable growth. Develops strategic account plans, manages partner relationships and escalations, oversees reporting and operating committees, identifies growth opportunities, and represents client needs internally. Builds scalable team processes and may supervise partner success staff. Requires healthcare ecosystem expertise, particularly value-based care and Medicaid health plans, plus 20–30% travel.

Lead cross-functional analytics to inform clinical and operational decisions: build Tableau dashboards, create dbt analytical models, analyze large healthcare datasets (claims, EHR, HIE) with SQL, respond to ad-hoc requests via JIRA, and collaborate with product and engineering to improve data capabilities.

Lead FP&A and strategic finance work including budgeting, rolling forecasts, variance analysis, and financial modeling. Support month-end close, build scalable reporting and scenario/sensitivity analyses, evaluate contract economics and capital decisions, and prepare materials for leadership, board, and investors.

Lead end-to-end revenue cycle operations for multi-state pediatric care, driving clean claim performance, denial management, KPI tracking, capitation readiness, team leadership, process improvement, and EHR/automation optimization to ensure compliance and revenue integrity.

Design, build, and support scalable, stable web and mobile digital products. Communicate with stakeholders, estimate scope, lead and mentor engineers, produce extensible technical solutions, and use data-driven iterative development.

Lead technical strategy and architecture across engineering, advise executives, de-risk early-stage ideas, and drive delivery of scalable web and mobile products. Mentor senior engineers, promote cross-team collaboration and AI adoption, partner with product and clinical stakeholders, participate in on-call rotation, and ensure systems meet standards for stability, maintainability, and scalability.

Lead business development strategy and execution for value-based pediatric care. Originate and close complex partnerships, manage a BD operations direct report, align cross-functional stakeholders, maintain Medicaid program expertise, and represent the organization externally.

Lead Finance as a strategic partner to the CFO, driving planning, forecasting, performance management, and strategic finance. Provide executive reporting, capital strategy support, enterprise analytics, and build scalable finance processes and a high-performing team to support growth, M&A, and value-based care financial reporting.
