Sets the technical vision for enterprise security across cloud, identity, application, data, endpoint, and network environments. Leads security architecture, threat modeling, DevSecOps, incident response, compliance evidence, security roadmap planning, and AI security initiatives. Advises executives and cross-functional stakeholders, handles high-severity escalations, mentors security engineers, and strengthens healthcare security controls for AWS, Azure, FHIR, Medplum, Snowflake, HITRUST, HIPAA, and NIST requirements.

Leads business development strategy and end-to-end deal execution across Medicaid managed care, commercial insurance, provider organizations, and state markets. Owns payer relationships, value-based care contract negotiations, risk modeling, pricing recommendations, market expansion, and executive reporting. Partners cross-functionally with finance, legal, clinical, and implementation teams, mentors business development staff, and represents the organization with health plans, state leaders, and industry stakeholders.

Leads and develops a software engineering team, owns engineer growth, partners with Product and technical teams on architecture and data models, facilitates technical roadmap execution, translates business goals into requirements, and drives scalable, maintainable solutions amid ambiguity.
