Provide virtual-first and occasional in-home pediatric care for children with medical complexity, manage patient panels and care plans, lead a multidisciplinary team, coordinate with PCPs and specialists, perform virtual visits and post-hospital follow-ups, engage in community outreach and advocacy, and support families navigating complex care.

Lead cross-functional analytics to inform clinical and operational decisions: build Tableau dashboards, create dbt analytical models, analyze large healthcare datasets (claims, EHR, HIE) with SQL, respond to ad-hoc requests via JIRA, and collaborate with product and engineering to improve data capabilities.
