Leads live event production teams and manages complex projects from planning through delivery. Manages the end-to-end lifecycle of team kit, apparel, and merchandise for Jaguar TCS Racing and Defender Rally. Responsibilities include developing concepts, coordinating design and production, managing suppliers, budgets, timelines, inventory, fittings, distribution, brand alignment, and regulatory requirements. The role also supports commercial merchandise development, pricing, product launches, race-event logistics, stakeholder management, and revenue generation.

Manage 2D print graphics production across projects: create schedules, deliver artwork, procure print suppliers, estimate costs, oversee onsite installation, ensure ISO-compliant documentation, and meet deadlines, budget, and quality targets.
