Collaborate with creative teams to develop concepts and visual identities for brands across physical and digital touchpoints. Produce high-quality artwork, UI/UX assets, presentations and production-ready files for events, exhibitions, activations and campaigns. Maintain brand guidelines, support production, and keep skills current with emerging design, motion and AI tools.

Lead end-to-end delivery of experiential projects (product launches, conferences, tours). Manage timelines, budgets (£1m+), vendors, on-site delivery, risk/contingency, resource planning, commercial reconciliation, and client/ legal liaison. Mentor team members, support pitches, ensure HSSE and ISO compliance, and travel internationally as required.
