Lead delivery of technical and production requirements for live events and exhibitions. Manage budgets, schedules, suppliers, contractors, and health & safety. Produce project plans, present proposals to clients, oversee technical and fabricated elements, maintain ISO 9001 documentation, mentor junior staff, and develop innovative production solutions while ensuring profitable, high-quality delivery.

Lead end-to-end delivery of experiential projects (product launches, conferences, tours). Manage timelines, budgets (£1m+), vendors, on-site delivery, risk/contingency, resource planning, commercial reconciliation, and client/ legal liaison. Mentor team members, support pitches, ensure HSSE and ISO compliance, and travel internationally as required.
