Design, program, test, and sustain PLC-based control systems and embedded firmware. Create schematics, BOMs, manufacturing drawings, and cable/wiring documentation. Troubleshoot PCBs to component level, optimize designs for manufacturing, and support installation, commissioning, and compliance certification.

Plan, set up, execute, and tear down professional pyrotechnic and special effects for live events. Ensure regulatory compliance, safety, transport and inventory of pyrotechnic materials, support rigging and control systems, perform site inspections and briefings, assist maintenance and documentation, and travel frequently for regional and national shows.

Design and engineer custom entertainment and themed-environment mechanical solutions. Create 2D sketches and 3D CAD models (SolidWorks preferred), perform calculations and analyses, produce complete drawing packages and BOMs, estimate materials and fabrication costs, collaborate with designers, engineers, vendors, and project managers, and ensure documentation and fabrication feasibility under tight timelines.

Provide high-level executive support and manage daily office operations including calendar management, travel coordination, reception duties, basic bookkeeping, invoice/purchase order routing, office supplies, badge/access, and visitor reception. Maintain confidentiality, assist with admin projects, and support a fast-paced creative production environment.

Coordinate regulatory compliance, safety programs, and fleet/transportation compliance across multi-state operations. Maintain licensing, audit-ready documentation, safety systems, training records, and SOPs. Support incident response, analyze compliance data, improve processes and systems (including Odoo), and provide logistical support for live events.

Support producers across design, pre-production, execution, and closeout. Manage budgets, purchase orders, schedules, vendor coordination, crew logistics, inventory tracking, and project documentation to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery for live events and installations.

Lead and operate synchronized aerial drone light shows as RPIC, manage onsite setup and safety, troubleshoot hardware/software, supervise technical crew, coordinate airspace/waivers, and train pilots to ensure compliant, reliable live-event performances.
