Leads technical training programs for field technicians, project teams, and emerging leaders. Responsibilities include curriculum development, hands-on and virtual instruction, onboarding, coaching, competency assessment, field audits, quality assurance, and continuous improvement. The role partners with operational leaders to standardize procedures, improve performance, reinforce safety and client-service standards, and develop career pathways. It also evaluates training effectiveness through project-site observations and maintains relationships with manufacturers and industry partners.

Coordinates creative project schedules, workflows, deadlines, deliverables, and vendor-supported production. Distributes creative assets, organizes files, maintains marketing and archival databases, researches online content, and supports special projects and marketing initiatives. Collaborates with internal teams and external partners while providing administrative and project support in a fast-paced environment.

Leads the preparation, setup, operation, troubleshooting, and strike of pyrotechnic and special effects systems for live events. Directs and mentors field technicians, coordinates with production teams and regulatory authorities, conducts safety inspections and risk assessments, manages equipment and hazardous materials, and ensures compliance with permits, OSHA, ATF, NFPA, and company standards. The role requires travel, physical labor, vehicle and equipment operation, and work during evenings, weekends, holidays, and changing weather conditions.

Lead end-to-end production of live entertainment projects, acting as primary client liaison. Plan, coordinate, and execute logistics, budgets ($75k–$500k+), staffing, permitting, onsite operations, and cross-functional teams to deliver safe, on-schedule, high-quality productions.

Lead and manage entertainment production projects from client engagement through closeout. Coordinate cross-functional teams, budgets ($75K–$500K+), schedules, logistics, onsite execution, safety, and client communication to deliver live events, tours, installations, and large-scale productions on time and on budget.

Coordinate regulatory compliance, safety programs, and fleet/transportation compliance across multi-state operations. Maintain licensing, audit-ready documentation, safety systems, training records, and SOPs. Support incident response, analyze compliance data, improve processes and systems (including Odoo), and provide logistical support for live events.

Design and engineer custom entertainment and themed-environment mechanical solutions. Create 2D sketches and 3D CAD models (SolidWorks preferred), perform calculations and analyses, produce complete drawing packages and BOMs, estimate materials and fabrication costs, collaborate with designers, engineers, vendors, and project managers, and ensure documentation and fabrication feasibility under tight timelines.
