Supports daily HR operations, including employee inquiries, record maintenance, recruiting coordination, onboarding, benefits administration, HRIS updates, compliance audits, reporting, and process improvement. Maintains confidential personnel information, manages job postings and applications, supports employee meetings and communications, and administers pay, benefits, and tax-related changes in Paylocity and other company systems.

Leads technical training programs for field technicians, project teams, and emerging leaders. Responsibilities include curriculum development, hands-on and virtual instruction, onboarding, coaching, competency assessment, field audits, quality assurance, and continuous improvement. The role partners with operational leaders to standardize procedures, improve performance, reinforce safety and client-service standards, and develop career pathways. It also evaluates training effectiveness through project-site observations and maintains relationships with manufacturers and industry partners.

Coordinates creative project schedules, workflows, deadlines, deliverables, and vendor-supported production. Distributes creative assets, organizes files, maintains marketing and archival databases, researches online content, and supports special projects and marketing initiatives. Collaborates with internal teams and external partners while providing administrative and project support in a fast-paced environment.
