Conduct full-cycle recruitment for clinical roles across multiple locations and facilities. Responsibilities include sourcing, screening, interviewing, selecting, and hiring candidates; partnering with hiring managers to define staffing needs; building talent pipelines through outreach, job fairs, universities, and industry groups; conducting background and reference checks; and ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies.
