The Human Resources Business Partner supports facility and department leadership through employee relations, performance management, workforce transitions, talent acquisition, onboarding, investigations, training, and HR program implementation. The role provides strategic HR guidance, coaches leaders, improves employee engagement and retention, and ensures consistent application of policies. This onsite position requires up to 40% day travel and collaboration across senior living and healthcare communities.

The role supports consistent policy application, employee engagement, retention, and organizational objectives while traveling between locations up to 40% of the time.

Provides executive leadership for enterprise marketing, brand development, lead generation, customer engagement, and integrated digital, traditional, and community-based campaigns. Leads brand evolution, occupancy and revenue growth, customer experience, multi-site marketing operations, analytics, and cross-functional initiatives across senior living, healthcare, housing, and related services. Builds marketing capabilities, develops teams, partners with executive and operational leaders, and advances organizational growth and mission objectives.
