Conducts scripted telephone interviews with long-term care insurance applicants, collecting health history, lifestyle, and other underwriting information. Documents responses accurately, asks predetermined follow-up questions, redirects conversations when necessary, and completes interviews efficiently while meeting productivity and quality standards. The role requires heavy telephone and computer use, accurate typing, basic troubleshooting, and work in a quiet home or professional environment.

Manage and administer the corporate accounting ERP and related integrations, including access, reporting, updates, troubleshooting, user support, and system documentation. Support accounting close and financial reporting, oversee ERP consultants, maintain non-ERP accounting systems, and lead automation and transformation initiatives. The role also manages staff, collaborates with Finance and Accounting stakeholders, and improves processes supporting accurate and timely financial results.

Coordinates client, regulatory, market conduct, vendor, and internal audits in an insurance TPA environment. Responsibilities include organizing audit evidence, maintaining logs and deadlines, coordinating stakeholders, tracking findings and remediation, managing access documentation, preparing reports, and supporting billing validation. The role also assists with compliance activities, procedural communications, and audit readiness.

Lead Technology FP&A including weekly/monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, FinOps and TCO analysis, KPI and variance reporting, project financial performance, cost optimization, headcount/capex/opex reporting, and financial modeling for technology investments; present results to executives and improve reporting through automation.

The Compliance Analyst investigates written insurance complaints and unauthorized PII/PHI disclosures, prepares responses for complainants, regulators, clients, and leadership, and mitigates privacy risks. The role also reviews legal documents, manages litigation holds, maintains policies and procedures, tests the CREW compliance system, triages assignments, mentors associate analysts, and supports audits, records requests, training, and continuous improvement.
