Conduct scripted telephone interviews with long-term care insurance applicants, collect and accurately document health history and lifestyle information for underwriting, ask follow-up questions, redirect conversations as needed, and complete interviews efficiently while meeting productivity and quality standards.

Processes policy owner service activities, including billing inquiries, billing changes, group payment allocations, premium research, and escalated requests. Contacts groups, enrollees, producers, clients, and internal departments to resolve issues and obtain information. Supports team training, participates in client meetings, and helps ensure procedures are followed while meeting service standards and deadlines.

This role involves conducting per diem visits to assess clients' cognitive and health status, requiring flexible scheduling and independent work.
