Coordinates operational projects from intake through implementation, managing timelines, dependencies, deliverables, capacity, billable effort, risks, escalations, and go/no-go decisions. Partners with Actuary, IT, Operations, Call Center, and Mailroom teams to ensure readiness and execution. Serves as a client contact, facilitates implementation meetings, tracks IT dependencies, communicates status and risks, and maintains accurate governance and delivery documentation.

Manage and administer the corporate accounting ERP and related integrations, including access, reporting, updates, troubleshooting, user support, and system documentation. Support accounting close and financial reporting, oversee ERP consultants, maintain non-ERP accounting systems, and lead automation and transformation initiatives. The role also manages staff, collaborates with Finance and Accounting stakeholders, and improves processes supporting accurate and timely financial results.

Coordinates client, regulatory, market conduct, vendor, and internal audits in an insurance TPA environment. Responsibilities include organizing audit evidence, maintaining logs and deadlines, coordinating stakeholders, tracking findings and remediation, managing access documentation, preparing reports, and supporting billing validation. The role also assists with compliance activities, procedural communications, and audit readiness.
