Recruit prospective online and international students through phone, email, and text; manage admissions pipelines, review applications, meet enrollment goals, maintain CRM records, and collaborate with campus partners to support students from inquiry through enrollment. Represent the college at recruiting events and provide guidance on admission and visa-related requirements.

Provides accounting support to the Controller and maintains accurate financial reporting and controls. Responsibilities include journal entries, reconciliations, billing, vendor payments, tax reporting, fixed assets, budget and capital project reports, accounts receivable analysis, purchasing card administration, deposits, audit support, and supervision of student workers. The role also enforces purchasing and travel policies and serves as backup for accounts payable functions.

Reviews first-year college applications remotely during the seasonal peak period, evaluating transcripts, test scores, essays, recommendation letters, and other materials. Produces detailed evaluation notes while maintaining a consistent review pace to meet weekly targets. Requires approximately 5–6 hours weekly from October through January, including training, and involves handling confidential information professionally.

Administer accurate and timely college payrolls, including wages, deductions, stipends, overtime, and student Federal Work Study tracking. Reconcile insurance statements and payroll liabilities, process vendor and deduction payments, review tax reports, support audits, maintain confidential payroll and HRIS records, and update procedures. Provide payroll guidance to students, faculty, and supervisors while staying current on payroll laws, regulations, and tax requirements.

Manage Illinois College's social media strategy and content across platforms, create photo/video/graphic/written content, oversee student influencers, analyze metrics to optimize campaigns, support enrollment and fundraising goals, and ensure all content aligns with brand and mission.
