Leads undergraduate admission and enrollment efforts for an assigned territory. Counsels prospective students and families, reviews admission and scholarship applications, conducts recruiting events and presentations, manages follow-up communications, and supports enrollment strategy initiatives such as communication, data analysis, and social media. The role requires collaboration across the college, travel for recruitment, financial aid knowledge, CRM proficiency, and strong communication skills.

Recruit prospective online and international students through phone, email, and text; manage admissions pipelines, review applications, meet enrollment goals, maintain CRM records, and collaborate with campus partners to support students from inquiry through enrollment. Represent the college at recruiting events and provide guidance on admission and visa-related requirements.

Provides accounting support to the Controller and maintains accurate financial reporting and controls. Responsibilities include journal entries, reconciliations, billing, vendor payments, tax reporting, fixed assets, budget and capital project reports, accounts receivable analysis, purchasing card administration, deposits, audit support, and supervision of student workers. The role also enforces purchasing and travel policies and serves as backup for accounts payable functions.
