Manage CTE pathways, CCPE alignment, dual-credit initiatives, work-based learning, and early college transitions across secondary and postsecondary partners. Coordinate pathway development, training, communications, events, compliance, data reporting, grant documentation, and stakeholder collaboration. Support student progress and career-connected learning while supervising a part-time high school liaison and ensuring alignment with institutional and state requirements.

Supports faculty success by designing, coordinating, facilitating, and evaluating professional development, onboarding, mentoring, workshops, and instructional initiatives. Provides LMS and instructional technology training, consults on teaching practices and accessibility, supports online learning and OER initiatives, facilitates faculty learning communities, and analyzes participation and program outcomes. Collaborates with academic leaders and campus partners to advance teaching excellence, student success, and institutional priorities.

Coordinates embedded academic support programs, including Supplemental Instruction, peer-led learning, and embedded tutoring. Recruits, trains, schedules, coaches, and monitors peer support staff; manages faculty and student requests; organizes workshops and learning activities; maintains program resources and systems; collects and reports participation and outcome data; evaluates program effectiveness; and promotes student engagement, persistence, and retention through collaboration with faculty and campus partners.

Teaches noncredit IT certification courses and boot camps in classroom or hybrid formats, primarily evenings and weekends. Develops course syllabi with curriculum designers, delivers instruction as an IT subject matter expert, tracks attendance and student progress, maintains confidentiality, and communicates effectively with learners and colleagues. Expected teaching areas include Python, Power BI, Java, JavaScript, SQL, and A+ certification.

Coordinates and expands dual credit programs across partner high schools and Illinois Central College. Supports faculty credentialing, professional development, compliance, grant implementation, outreach, and equitable student access. Maintains program records, monitors grant objectives and performance indicators, facilitates training events, and collaborates with academic, enrollment, and school district stakeholders to strengthen pathways to college enrollment, completion, transfer, and careers.
