Provides day-to-day oversight, configuration, monitoring, and support for enterprise systems serving constituent departments. Develops queries, reports, documentation, test scripts, and functional specifications; supports application users; coordinates training; improves business processes; manages system testing and upgrades; and collaborates with technical staff and business process owners on system modifications and compliance initiatives.

Designs, implements, and maintains enterprise integrations across Workday, PeopleSoft, cloud platforms, and middleware systems. Develops REST and SOAP APIs, configures Workday business processes, maintains security and access controls, monitors integration performance, ensures data quality and compliance, resolves issues, and documents integration architectures. Collaborates with analysts, developers, and project managers while providing technical leadership and systems support.

Coordinates embedded academic support programs, including Supplemental Instruction, peer-led learning, and embedded tutoring. Recruits, trains, schedules, coaches, and monitors peer support staff; manages faculty and student requests; organizes workshops and learning activities; maintains program resources and systems; collects and reports participation and outcome data; evaluates program effectiveness; and promotes student engagement, persistence, and retention through collaboration with faculty and campus partners.
