Provide day-to-day HR administrative support: maintain employee records and HRMS data, coordinate interviews and onboarding, prepare offer letters and HR documentation, manage attendance and leave records, handle employee queries, support engagement initiatives and HR events, and ensure compliance and confidentiality.

Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and governance for scalable, cost-effective Fabric platforms.

Develop and maintain .NET/.NET Core C# applications and ASP.NET web apps; design, debug, and support Web APIs and backend services; perform integration testing; work with Azure App Services and basic monitoring; interact with customers and provide production support and troubleshooting.

Design, build, and scale enterprise Databricks Lakehouse platforms. Lead architecture, platform standardization, ingestion frameworks (batch/stream), governance, performance/cost optimization, cloud integration, and mentor engineering teams.

Consult with stakeholders to gather requirements and design BI solutions. Develop, deploy, monitor, and support BI/EDW systems. Define KPIs, build dynamic dashboards and reports, perform data validation and QA, and maintain data integration, architecture, and security. Use Agile practices and educate users on BI capabilities.

Design, build, and optimize Databricks-based data and ML platforms. Own ETL pipelines, Delta Lake lakehouse, MLflow model lifecycle, MLOps, cluster optimization, RAG/LLM solutions, BI integration, and data governance with Unity Catalog.

Lead SRE role managing multi-cloud (AWS/Azure) production systems, Kubernetes clusters, and PostgreSQL. Build IaC with Terraform/Ansible, implement observability and incident management (Prometheus/Grafana/Datadog/ELK), define SLOs/SLIs, drive vulnerability remediation, run on-call rotations, and collaborate on capacity planning, DR, and post-mortems to improve reliability.

Design, implement, test, troubleshoot and document software components. Apply software engineering best practices, component integration (APIs, DB queries), system design patterns, and participate in R&D and SDLC activities.

Develop and support EDM solutions for the petroleum/drilling domain. Work with OpenWells, WellPlan, and Compass, apply EDM data models and workflows, and contribute to EDM-related development; Python or Node.js experience preferred for DrillMiner use cases.

Senior engineering leader to oversee global engineering teams, drive architecture and solution delivery, and lead application modernization across cloud, data, mobility, embedded systems, and UX. Collaborates with stakeholders to scale frameworks, improve productivity, and ensure high-quality software solutions.

Lead design and development of full-stack web applications using React and .NET, drive Sitecore CMS implementations (including headless/JSS), architect scalable solutions, mentor engineers, ensure CI/CD readiness, and troubleshoot production performance and security issues.

Provide QA support for visualization-focused applications, validate features and workflows, develop test cases, verify frontend-backend (GIS) integrations, manage test environments and datasets, log and track defects, perform exploratory and regression testing, and improve QA processes and automation within Agile teams.

Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines and automated, secure cloud infrastructure (Azure preferred). Manage containers (Docker/Kubernetes), IaC (Terraform/ARM/CloudFormation), monitoring, version control, and production deployments while collaborating with development and QA teams.

Design, build, and operate high-scale, secure cloud backend systems using AWS serverless patterns. Implement event-driven, real-time data processing and AI-enabled features (LLM integrations, RAG, vector DBs). Ensure API security, authz/authn (RBAC/ABAC), monitoring, scalability, fault tolerance, and disaster recovery while evaluating and integrating emerging technologies.

Design, build, and optimize scalable Databricks-based ETL/ELT pipelines (batch and streaming) using PySpark, Spark SQL, and Delta Lake. Implement Medallion architecture, integrate diverse data sources, ensure data quality/security/governance, automate deployments via CI/CD, monitor production pipelines, and collaborate with data and business stakeholders.
