Lead strategic client relationships for digital transformation, drive revenue growth and renewals, coordinate delivery and stakeholders, run QBRs, manage SoWs/MSAs, and present technology-driven business solutions to executive sponsors.

Develop, deploy, and test cloud-native microservices on an established MSP using Java, Node.js, and/or Python. Build RESTful APIs, containerize services (Docker/Kubernetes/Helm), implement CI/CD and GitOps, ensure security (OAuth2/JWT, Keycloak), add observability (OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, APM), work with AWS/Azure, author API tests (Postman), and validate AI-generated code. Collaborate on integration, functional, unit, and performance testing.

Design and implement end-to-end data and analytics solutions on Microsoft Fabric. Lead architecture for lakehouse, data warehouse, pipelines (batch/streaming), semantic models (Power BI), governance, security (RBAC, lineage), performance optimization, and integrations with Azure and external systems. Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and governance for scalable, cost-effective Fabric platforms.

Design, build, and scale enterprise Databricks Lakehouse platforms. Lead architecture, platform standardization, ingestion frameworks (batch/stream), governance, performance/cost optimization, cloud integration, and mentor engineering teams.

Lead end-to-end delivery of Databricks-based enterprise data platform programs. Drive cross-functional teams (data engineering, data science, DevOps, BI), define architecture standards, manage roadmaps, risks, KPIs, and stakeholder reporting. Oversee Delta Lake, medallion architecture, ETL/ELT and streaming pipelines, platform optimization, governance, security, and Agile/SAFe delivery.

Define models, governance, lineage, and security. Lead cloud data platforms, optimize performance/cost, advise stakeholders, and mentor data engineers.

Design, develop, and maintain Teradata data warehouse solutions. Optimize complex SQL queries, manage indexing/partitioning/statistics, automate ETL with Teradata utilities, perform DBA tasks (backup/DR/security), monitor performance with TASM/Viewpoint, troubleshoot issues, and mentor junior engineers.

Design, develop, and maintain Teradata data warehouse solutions. Write and optimize complex Teradata SQL. Manage indexing, partitioning, and statistics. Build ETL using Teradata utilities and UNIX shell scripts. Monitor with TASM and Viewpoint. Perform DBA tasks (backup, DR, security), troubleshoot performance, collaborate with stakeholders, and mentor junior engineers.

Design, build, and scale Azure ML solutions and data pipelines for LLMs, RAG, and agentic AI systems. Implement MLOps/DataOps practices, run A/B tests, monitor production models, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver AI-driven decision support.

Design, develop, and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines and stored procedures using Oracle Data Integrator. Build and document data warehouse schemas (fact/dimension), write and execute SQL, profile and validate data, apply data governance and quality practices, and use Python for API-based ingestion. Communicate with stakeholders and resolve data issues.

Lead SRE role managing multi-cloud (AWS/Azure) production systems, Kubernetes clusters, and PostgreSQL. Build IaC with Terraform/Ansible, implement observability and incident management (Prometheus/Grafana/Datadog/ELK), define SLOs/SLIs, drive vulnerability remediation, run on-call rotations, and collaborate on capacity planning, DR, and post-mortems to improve reliability.

Lead design and deliver end-to-end data solutions on Microsoft Fabric. Build and optimize PySpark/ELT pipelines, architect Lakehouse/Delta Lake with Medallion patterns, enforce data governance/lineage/security, implement CI/CD and DevOps, mentor engineers, troubleshoot production, and collaborate with stakeholders on performance and cost optimization.

Lead migration of a legacy data warehouse to Microsoft Fabric, design and implement a medallion (lakehouse) architecture, perform Fabric fitment assessments, define target cloud architecture and operating model, create migration roadmaps, and deliver a Proof of Value/MVP while collaborating with customer engineering teams.

Develop and support EDM solutions for the petroleum/drilling domain. Work with OpenWells, WellPlan, and Compass, apply EDM data models and workflows, and contribute to EDM-related development; Python or Node.js experience preferred for DrillMiner use cases.

Design, build, and operate high-scale, secure cloud backend systems using AWS serverless patterns. Implement event-driven, real-time data processing and AI-enabled features (LLM integrations, RAG, vector DBs). Ensure API security, authz/authn (RBAC/ABAC), monitoring, scalability, fault tolerance, and disaster recovery while evaluating and integrating emerging technologies.

Lead design and development of full-stack web applications using React and .NET, drive Sitecore CMS implementations (including headless/JSS), architect scalable solutions, mentor engineers, ensure CI/CD readiness, and troubleshoot production performance and security issues.

Design, build, and operate CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployments. Manage Git branching, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes/AKS), and infrastructure as code (Terraform/Bicep). Write automation scripts (Python, Bash, PowerShell), support Windows/Linux systems, and adopt GitOps practices (FluxCD). Collaborate on cloud-native deployments across Azure and AWS and improve platform reliability and automation.

Design, implement, test, troubleshoot and document software components. Apply software engineering best practices, component integration (APIs, DB queries), system design patterns, and participate in R&D and SDLC activities.

Design, develop, and optimize enterprise Power BI dashboards and semantic models. Build complex DAX measures, implement RLS, integrate Azure and other data sources, optimize performance, manage Power BI Service governance, and collaborate with stakeholders while mentoring junior developers.

Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines and automated, secure cloud infrastructure (Azure preferred). Manage containers (Docker/Kubernetes), IaC (Terraform/ARM/CloudFormation), monitoring, version control, and production deployments while collaborating with development and QA teams.
