Oversee end-to-end transport from suppliers to stores, resolve daily operational issues with carriers and stakeholders, ensure accurate system data, drive automation and digital improvements, develop new ways of working, and report delivery performance.

Lead end-to-end internal audit engagements across the Inter IKEA Group, assessing governance, risk management and controls. Provide fact-based insights and recommendations, engage senior management and Boards, shape audit methodologies, coach auditors, and drive audit quality and impact across financial, operational, IT or data-driven domains. Role involves collaboration across countries and occasional travel (10–20%).

Support tax and treasury operations including import tax payments, bank document declaration and filing, document printing/stamping, and occasional visits to banks or tax authorities. Assist with data handling, cross-functional communication, and administrative tasks.
