The Technical Manager is responsible for new product development, process optimization, investment management, and technical competence development, ensuring efficient production and product quality.

Lead development and maintenance of Handle and Store intralogistics processes, ensure integration into global IKEA processes, drive concept and process improvements, document procedures and learning material, run reviews and improvement analyses with logistics units, and support prioritization and business-analysis driven development. Periodic travel to logistics sites is required.

The Digital Platform Leader is responsible for setting the platform vision, overseeing development and operations, managing backlog and stakeholder engagement, ensuring platform efficiency, and leading the digital platform team.
