Plan and execute outbound shipments and consignments, monitor parcel flows, manage exceptional freight, and resolve logistical deviations. Coordinate with carriers, suppliers, IKEA stakeholders, and retailers to maintain availability, service performance, and cost efficiency. Communicate shipment changes, optimize equipment utilization, support process improvements, and contribute to the development of delivery systems and working methods.

Supports the engineering team with product documentation, technical requirements, compliance marking, packaging updates, verification, and validation activities. Maintains accurate product information, identifies documentation gaps, supports range operations, assembles and tests furniture, and participates in product update projects. The role requires engineering knowledge, technical administration skills, attention to detail, legal compliance awareness, and effective stakeholder communication.

Develop and maintain Angular web and Android/iOS mobile applications for IKEA’s product communication and price tag management platforms. Build, test, deploy, and improve scalable, secure, reliable solutions while collaborating with product, design, and backend teams. Take technical ownership, contribute to architecture and engineering standards, mentor colleagues, and drive improvements in performance, maintainability, developer experience, and data-informed user outcomes.
