Leads and develops a logistics team while managing warehouse operations, goods flow, inventory accuracy, KPIs, budgets, and process improvements. The role focuses on product availability, cost efficiency, automation, safety, compliance, and omnichannel coordination. The successful candidate translates data and business objectives into action plans, inspires co-workers, and ensures flexible operational coverage from early morning through late evening.

Develops and secures region-specific food ranges for IKEA, identifying market gaps and business opportunities. Collaborates with food engineers, retail teams, suppliers, and IKEA development groups to ensure products are compliant, commercially viable, strategically aligned, and representative of IKEA’s identity. Responsibilities include selecting or adapting dishes, supporting local sourcing, consolidating regional volumes, and frequent supplier travel.

Leads supply chain operations across IKEA’s Boards and Furniture production units. Responsibilities include team leadership, procurement of production materials, demand planning, warehousing, logistics systems, supplier and customer coordination, reporting, forecasting, budget support, compliance with FSC and IWAY standards, and collaboration with production, quality, sales, and other departments.
