Supports Account Executives throughout pre-sale and post-sale activities, including proposal development, order entry, campaign tracking, reporting, billing, and reconciliation. Coordinates with traffic, production, digital, promotions, programming, and operations teams to execute multimedia campaigns across radio, digital, podcast, social, and event platforms. Prepares client materials, monitors deadlines and performance, assists with renewals, and ensures accurate, timely delivery and strong client service.

Develop new business through prospect research, in-person client meetings, cold calling, and outreach. Manage and grow existing accounts using broadcast and digital marketing products. Create multi-platform campaigns, collaborate with internal teams, deliver data-driven sales presentations, and negotiate solutions that meet client needs while driving revenue.
