The Internal Audit Manager will plan and lead risk-based audit engagements across trading, brokerage, technology, finance, compliance, and customer-facing functions. Responsibilities include fieldwork, control testing, data analysis, evidence review, report writing, remediation tracking, risk assessment, audit planning, and governance reporting. Responsibilities include verifying timekeeping data, processing payroll changes and deductions, reconciling payroll reports, resolving discrepancies, maintaining confidential records, supporting payroll taxes, year-end W-2 processing, audits, compliance, employee inquiries, system testing, and process improvements.

Create motion graphics and visual designs for digital, social, video, and brand marketing campaigns. Translate creative briefs into style frames, storyboards, animations, and final executions. Manage the full production pipeline, including asset preparation, compositing, rendering, optimization, and delivery. Own employee experience programs across the employee lifecycle, including engagement surveys, survey analysis, action planning, dashboards, onboarding, succession planning, manager training, and exit feedback. Manage people programs, vendors, budgets, timelines, and impact measurement while advising leaders on engagement, culture, talent, and employee development. Present insights to senior leaders and partner with HRBPs, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, communications, and global stakeholders.

Design, build, operate, and own backend systems supporting order handling, ledgers, and settlement.
