Manages visa administration, documentation, CRM updates, client and partner inquiries, status communications, complaint resolution, and escalation of complex visa issues. Provides quotes and visa-related documents, analyzes application materials for accuracy, coordinates with sales, finance, and licensing teams, and maintains strong customer relationships while ensuring timely processing and service quality.

Leads technical IT projects involving infrastructure, cloud platforms, system implementations, technology upgrades, and digital transformation. Oversees vendors, budgets, service delivery, security, compliance, disaster recovery, SOPs, and system performance. Advises senior management on IT strategy, identifies improvement opportunities, and develops IT staff through leadership, guidance, and training. Ensures technology systems align with business objectives, client needs, ROI, and cost-efficiency goals.

Manage end-to-end procurement activities, including supplier sourcing, tendering, negotiations, contracts, supplier performance, risk assessments, purchase orders, and spend analysis. The role supports procurement strategy, cost optimization, governance, and continuous process improvement while partnering with stakeholders and presenting procurement insights to management.

Build, maintain, and enhance backend services using Node.js, TypeScript, Prisma, and PostgreSQL. Design reliable REST APIs with authentication, validation, error handling, and logging. Contribute to React frontend development, automated testing, peer reviews, CI/CD, containerized deployments, troubleshooting, performance improvements, and documentation. Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to independently deliver end-to-end features within an established architecture.

Manage license renewals by communicating with clients and partners, handling escalations, negotiating solutions, analyzing data to improve conversion, maintaining CRM records, conducting face-to-face meetings, and supporting partner relations and training.

Sell IFZA licenses and related products, build and maintain client relationships, generate leads, meet sales targets, handle client inquiries, collaborate with internal teams, participate in CRM and training, and track KPIs.

Manage and pre-qualify leads from multiple sources via cold calling, email follow-ups, and CRM. Coordinate with sales, marketing, finance, and operations, generate reports, attend meetings, track KPIs, and follow up on lost deals and pending payments.

Manage and supervise day-to-day luxury interior fit-out works for villas, corporate and hospitality projects. Coordinate with MEP, contractors, and suppliers, ensure compliance with IFC/shop drawings, quality standards, HSE, schedules, inspections, material verification, snagging, and handover documentation.

Create, shoot, and edit high-quality video and photo content for social and marketing channels. Develop campaign concepts, produce short-form and ad creatives, manage assets, collaborate with marketing teams, and ensure brand consistency and performance-focused variations.

The SOC Analyst protects information systems by monitoring security alerts, responding to incidents, conducting threat analysis, and collaborating with IT teams to enhance security measures.
