Provides Level 1 IT support across phone, email, service desk, and in-person channels. Troubleshoots Windows, hardware, software, networking, Microsoft 365, Intune, Defender, SharePoint, and OneDrive issues. Manages tickets within SLAs, user access requests, IT assets, documentation, and knowledge articles while escalating complex issues to L2/L3 teams.

Build, maintain, and release cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and React Native. Integrate native device capabilities and third-party SDKs, develop and consume TypeScript/Node.js REST APIs, troubleshoot mobile and backend issues, and support framework selection and prototyping. Participate in Git-based pull-request workflows, code reviews, Agile development, and reusable software design.

Leads technical IT projects involving infrastructure, cloud platforms, system implementations, technology upgrades, and digital transformation. Oversees vendors, budgets, service delivery, security, compliance, disaster recovery, SOPs, and system performance. Advises senior management on IT strategy, identifies improvement opportunities, and develops IT staff through leadership, guidance, and training. Ensures technology systems align with business objectives, client needs, ROI, and cost-efficiency goals.
