Plans, delivers, and reports on risk-based internal audits covering governance, risk management, and controls. The role identifies risks, evaluates controls, prepares evidence-based reports, follows up on management actions, and supports investigations, advisory work, audit planning, and Audit & Risk Committee reporting. It also requires stakeholder engagement, occasional deputizing for the Internal Audit Director, and collaboration across operational and technical leadership teams.

Lead and support IASB financial instruments projects, including the IFRS 17 post-implementation review. Conduct technical accounting research, consult stakeholders, develop proposals, draft Board and due process documents, manage committees and project administration, address risks and political issues, and coach staff. The role requires authoritative application of IFRS Standards, especially IFRS 9, IAS 32, and IFRS 17, to complex financial instruments and insurance contracts.

Provide legal support across commercial contracting, intellectual property protection, corporate matters and compliance. Draft and negotiate agreements, manage the IP portfolio, instruct external counsel, conduct legal research, advise on data protection and regulatory issues, and support legal team processes and objectives during a 12-month fixed-term period.

Provide high-level, confidential support to the ISSB Chair including proactive diary management across time zones, complex international travel coordination, meeting logistics, IT troubleshooting, visitor reception, expense processing, correspondence and stakeholder liaison across the IFRS Foundation and external partners.

Temporary full-time (approx. 6 months) AP/AR Assistant supporting London finance team: process employee expenses and supplier invoices, manage vendor cards and bank details in Dynamics 365 BC, chase aged debt and royalties, handle customer onboarding and bank confirmations, and manage shared finance inboxes and post administration.

Volunteer members will review and support implementation of the IFRS for SMEs Standard by: evaluating implementation questions, developing public Q&As, and recommending amendments to the IASB when issues cannot be resolved via Q&As.

Manage typesetting and publication of IFRS content in DITA XML, producing and quality-checking outputs across formats using AEM and oXygen. Liaise with technical authors and editorial teams, handle multiple projects, improve workflows, support training, and contribute to content and product strategy.

The Head of Finance Operations will lead the modernization of Accounts Payable, Receivable, and Payroll functions, optimizing processes and ensuring compliance while managing cross-functional teams and improving financial operations.
