Owns end-to-end U.S. wholesale operations, including EDI, retailer compliance, fulfillment, onboarding, vendor portals, pricing, reporting, deductions, and operational performance. Partners with Sales, Finance, Purchasing, Logistics, Marketing, and E-Commerce to improve workflows, support forecasting, resolve retailer issues, and scale wholesale growth. The role is hybrid in Chattanooga with occasional travel to company locations.

Own Amazon advertising strategy and execution across US and EU marketplaces, managing a six-figure budget, campaign targeting, bidding, pacing, reporting, ACOS/TACOS performance, and product launches. Connect advertising results to listing quality, inventory, pricing, reviews, and incrementality. Use data and AI to optimize campaigns, communicate recommendations, and expand successful strategies to Walmart, Google, Meta, and other paid channels.

Manage iFixit's whitelabel and third-party tool resale program: research product gaps, source and negotiate with domestic and overseas manufacturers, build landed-cost models and pricing, guide products through compliance, packaging, barcodes and launch, evaluate samples, and monitor sales, margins, re-sourcing and end-of-life decisions.
