Adapt technical R&D materials into clear visual stories, update presentation libraries, collaborate with R&D/taste and scent teams, and assist with customer visit and event projects to maintain engaging experiential marketing.

Coordinate laboratory shipping and receiving, verify purchase orders, label and track materials, prepare compliant outgoing shipments, maintain inventory, conduct audits, and support laboratory upkeep and organization. Ensure timely availability of chemicals, biologics, standards, consumables, and supplies while supporting efficient daily laboratory logistics. The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, communication, Microsoft Office proficiency, and familiarity with laboratory or logistics processes.

Supports sales and commercial execution for a strategic global customer partnership. Manages sample requests, quotations, technical documentation, customer inquiries, records, reporting, and account information. Coordinates activities across sales, regulatory, customer service, laboratory, and supply chain teams. Prepares presentations and commercial documents, prioritizes requests, ensures data accuracy, and contributes to customer experience and process improvement initiatives.
