Researches consumer insights and market trends, collaborates with cross-functional teams, coordinates customer events and webinars, and maintains marketing assets. The role also supports customer meetings, tailored project materials, storytelling, and business development activities.

Develop and execute regional sourcing strategies for flavor specialty chemicals, hydrocolloids, and additives across EMEA. Manage approximately USD 60 million in annual spend, supplier relationships, negotiations, contracts, risk mitigation, sustainability, and supply security. Lead portfolio consolidation, supplier rationalization, strategic sourcing projects, market intelligence, and cross-functional initiatives with Operations, Planning, Quality, Regulatory, R&D, Commercial, and Finance teams.

Create and maintain master production schedules to ensure six-sigma raw material availability and 98% on-time delivery. Manage daily manufacturing demand and operational purchasing, monitor inbound deliveries, resolve shortages, collaborate with local planners, procurement, and vendors, drive inventory optimization and continuous improvement, and serve as key contact for Taste raw material planning across cross-functional projects.
