Provides Tier 1 HR support, manages employee lifecycle data across HCM systems, ensures data privacy and regulatory compliance, resolves employee inquiries, generates HR reports, maintains the People Operations inbox, and prepares employment documentation. The role also supports HR system enhancements, testing, new module implementations, and continuous process improvement.

Supports daily office operations as the primary visitor contact, managing front-desk services, calls, mail, conference rooms, supplies, shared resources, announcements, and office communications. Provides clerical, event, document-conversion, and data-entry support; assists with emergency evacuation procedures, training, and process-improvement initiatives. Maintains compliance with cGMP and quality requirements while collaborating with employees, leadership, and internal committees.

Supervise daily microbiology lab operations to ensure food safety and regulatory compliance. Lead lab analysts, manage testing schedules, review results, investigate OOS findings, maintain equipment and documentation, support audits, and drive continuous improvement.
