Leads global cybersecurity architecture across infrastructure, cloud, identity, endpoint, OT/ICS, manufacturing environments, and vulnerability management. Owns security strategy, reference architectures, technical controls, risk-based remediation, compliance alignment, budgets, vendors, and a distributed team of architects and engineers. Advises the CISO and senior stakeholders while driving security-by-design, zero-trust, IT/OT convergence, and enterprise resilience.

Leads daily finishing and production operations across multiple manufacturing areas, ensuring safety, quality, delivery, productivity, food safety, and regulatory compliance. Coordinates cross-functional teams, monitors operational performance, drives process improvements and waste reduction, and develops employees through training and coaching. Uses SAP and business systems for scheduling, inventory, reporting, and records management. Requires manufacturing leadership experience in a continuous-process environment and the ability to work onsite in a plant while using PPE.

Leads plant automation and process control initiatives in an onsite manufacturing facility. Designs, programs, maintains, and troubleshoots PLC, HMI, PID, and VFD systems; supports control networks, data historians, electrical infrastructure, capital projects, and system upgrades. Drives automation improvements, standardizes control strategies, investigates incidents, and collaborates with manufacturing, engineering, and operations teams to improve safety, reliability, efficiency, and product quality.
