Process invoices, credit and debit notes, expense claims, payment runs, and period-end Accounts Payable activities. Assign accounts, cost centers, and approval workflows for non-PO invoices; analyze variances; support VAT compliance, process automation, harmonization, and documentation. Requires accounting knowledge, SAP FI and Excel skills, international collaboration experience, and fluency in English and Croatian. German is advantageous.

Manage and expand existing customer accounts for reusable packaging containers across the Kanto region. Responsibilities include increasing rental volumes, expanding product adoption, coordinating new accounts, managing customer relationships, supporting container distribution through produce markets and intermediaries, improving retailer penetration and container recovery rates, and conducting rental price revisions. The role may develop into a regional sales management position.

Perform general ledger bookings, reconciliations, accruals, provisions, and month-end closing. Manage fixed asset accounting, depreciation, master data, bank reconciliations, intercompany netting, and recurring or ad hoc reporting. Maintain process documentation, support employee onboarding, and share accounting knowledge. The role requires accounting expertise, VAT and accounting standards knowledge, SAP FI experience, advanced Excel and Outlook skills, project experience, and fluency in English and Croatian.
