Lead market research, product analytics, funnel optimization, and cross-functional delivery across engineering, marketing, sales, support, and external roaming partners. Develop PRDs, influence scrum-team prioritization, track conversion, activation, ARPU, retention, and margin, and support B2B onboarding and sales enablement.

Leads the mobile engineering organization responsible for the Boss Revolution Calling App and its calling, top-up, and money transfer services. Manages hiring, mentoring, performance, team structure, delivery, agile processes, technical standards, architecture, incident reviews, risk mitigation, compliance coordination, and stakeholder alignment. Partners with Product, Design, Operations, Compliance, Customer Success, and business teams to deliver secure, scalable, reliable software.

Lead architecture and delivery of restaurant-facing full-stack services, including APIs, data models, merchant screens, kitchen displays, offline-capable clients, synchronization, queues, event-driven workflows, and real-time interfaces. The role requires ensuring concurrency correctness, production reliability, scalable deployments, safe releases, and excellent debugging. The engineer will collaborate with product and design teams, provide technical direction, review code, and work across Node.js, TypeScript, Vue, databases, Linux, CI/CD, and existing PHP systems.
