Design, implement, deploy, and maintain scalable, resilient web applications and services for a cloud contact center. Collaborate with stakeholders and cross‑region engineering teams, participate in product planning and sprint meetings, document architecture and troubleshooting, and continuously evaluate new technologies.

Build and evolve the BOSS Revolution Flutter app, with primary ownership of referral, onboarding, monetization, experimentation, analytics, and server-driven growth features. Develop across calling, transfers, top-ups, subscriptions, and payments while maintaining clean architecture, testing, modularization, CI/CD, and release health. Integrate native Android and iOS SDKs, growth platforms, payment systems, and analytics. Collaborate with product, backend, data, marketing, and QA teams to deliver measurable product improvements.

Design and improve the POS and portal experience across NRS products. Partner with product managers, engineers, product owners, and operations to execute the roadmap, conduct user-centered design, create clickable prototypes, iterate from stakeholder feedback, and maintain a cross-platform design system. The role emphasizes visual and mobile interaction quality, cohesive customer journeys, microinteractions, UX gamification, analytics, and translating business goals into effective product solutions.
