Conduct AI career awareness sessions for students, coordinate with schools and educators, manage daily school visits, operate audiovisual equipment, maintain activity and participation records, submit MIS reports, and manage assigned assets. The field-based role requires extensive daily travel within the assigned city, strong communication and organization, and the ability to engage students and coordinate multiple program activities.

Coordinates counselor community programs, engagement initiatives, webinars, learning sessions, university and industry interactions, and retention campaigns. Supports iDC One adoption through demonstrations, onboarding, platform assistance, and follow-ups. Manages event logistics, communications, registrations, records, dashboards, stakeholder coordination, and community moderation while gathering feedback to improve counselor satisfaction and participation.

Plans and manages social impact projects with NGO, foundation, and CSR partners. Coordinates career counsellors, identifies community counsellors, tracks project progress, manages reports and data, organizes partner reviews and field visits, collaborates with communications and finance teams, develops impact stories, supports advocacy, and ensures monitoring and evaluation activities capture project impact.

Provides individual and group career counseling to students, including assessments, career planning, job-search support, resume and interview preparation, and workshops. The role requires school and community visits, maintaining confidential records, monitoring employment trends, and collaborating with partners. It is a 10-month contract based in or requiring relocation to Sundargarh, Bonai, or Panposh, Odisha, with possible extension.
