Conduct market research, competitive analysis, customer surveys, segmentation, and campaign performance evaluations. Develop dashboards, reports, visualizations, and analytical frameworks to monitor marketing and business KPIs. Coordinate AI solution development from concept through launch by defining goals, timelines, risks, and project tracking. Facilitate collaboration among business, software engineering, and AI/ML teams; translate business needs into technical requirements; monitor model accuracy, data security, and business impact; and stay current with GenAI, LLM, and automation tools.

Leads software and technology projects from initiation through production. Responsibilities include planning timelines and deliverables, coordinating technical and business teams, translating requirements into tasks, managing risks and dependencies, tracking progress, coordinating testing and deployments, maintaining documentation, and driving process improvements. Requires technical project management experience, Agile/Scrum knowledge, familiarity with APIs, integrations, databases, DevOps, and project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
