Manage cross-departmental projects in healthcare, coordinating resources and timelines across Clinical, Commercial, and Tech teams. Ensure project documentation and alignment between stakeholders, reporting directly to the COO.

The Financial Controller will manage day-to-day operations, build financial infrastructure, implement automated workflows, and ensure accurate financial reporting.

Lead and close enterprise commercial deals with global pharma and medtech accounts (€500k-€2M+). Own full commercial cycle, develop account strategies with CEO/COO, represent company at industry forums, qualify inbound leads, and help scale the commercial team over time.
