The Product Manager will own the product lifecycle, drive customer migrations, define KPIs, manage roadmaps, and support migration to a new platform while ensuring compliance and collaboration with various teams.

Supports complex B2B SaaS sales across the full sales cycle, including qualification, discovery, solution demonstrations, regulatory value narratives, business-case development, and opportunity follow-up. Partners with Account Executives and technical, product, and marketing teams to address client challenges across industries such as financial services, healthcare, mobility, telecommunications, and marketplaces. Requires French and professional English fluency, CRM proficiency, and knowledge of sales methodologies.

Lead technical discovery, solution architecture, proof-of-concept engagements, API and SDK integrations, troubleshooting, and client go-live activities. Partner with Sales on proposals and technical evaluations while serving as a trusted advisor to business and engineering stakeholders. Own the technical journey from initial discovery through production, communicate trade-offs, manage integration projects, and feed client insights back to Product and Sales.

Serve as the primary People Operations contact for the Romanian entity. Manage employee relations, local labor-law questions, onboarding and offboarding, employee records, payroll coordination, recruiting support, audits, and local HR initiatives. Partner with European People teams and managers, maintain data quality, resolve employee issues, and improve processes. This is an individual-contributor maternity-cover role based in Iași, Romania, with one remote day per week.

Own the technical customer journey from discovery and solution design through proof of concept, API and SDK integration, troubleshooting, and go-live. Partner with Sales on proposals, RFPs, demos, and technical objections while advising business and engineering stakeholders. Design identity and fraud-prevention architectures, manage multiple client integrations, document dependencies, and hand off successful implementations to Customer Success. Feed product gaps and integration learnings back to internal teams and improve technical enablement materials.

As a QA Automation Engineer, you will develop automated tests for Web, API, and Mobile, integrate them into CI/CD pipelines, and collaborate with teams for product quality assurance.

As a Senior QA Engineer, you will ensure the quality of AI/ML-powered identity verification services through automated testing, collaborating with software engineers and data scientists.
